The DTS range of parallel grippers have the ability to clamp the work piece both internally and externally and offer the following features :
° The entire range is also produced in the “S” version, characterised by an extraordinary clamping force/gripper weight ratio.
° Drill marks on the gripper body enable precise lateral and axial lock-up with screws and positioning pins.
° The sensors, which control the positioning, are integrated in the jaw and do not increase the product bulk. The magnet, which exercises the control and helps to sense directly the position of the piece hold and not just of the piston, is integrated in the gripper.
° A plate protects the control mechanism from external contacts.
° Standard pneumatic feeds with drive from the cap for feeding with rotating distributors, plates etc.
° Special versions for specific applications are available on request. Please contact our Technical Department.
Optional Features :
° External proximity control of the gripper jaw through the use of cylindrical or threaded proximity sensors with brackets and locating pins.
° Safety device with the spring integrated into the drive piston to maintain the position without pressure.
