The milling tool SOLIDCUT 1000 can be used for the economical deburring and deflashing of metallic as well as nonmetallic parts.
° It allows high feed rates with an uniform quality.
° It is specially suitable for pre-milling at deflashing applications.
° The milling tool can either be mounted stationary onto a tool stand (Toolstand) or onto the robot arm. If these tools at the robot have to be changed automatically, a tool changer (Changing Systems) is available in PES.
° Commercial milling inserts can be used.
° The air motor needs oiled compressed air for optimal life.
